• All students must be network approved in order to use computers in the classroom. If your ID is not marked as network approved, you will need to take a brief quiz and have your parent sign a form allowing you use of computers. Class, school, and district computer use policies must be followed or students may lose computer use privileges.

• Stay on Task.
• Work bell to bell— that means do not pack up before the end of the class period.
• No Food, Drink, Gum, or Candy anywhere near the computers.

• All backpacks must be placed at the designated area at the front of the room- not at the computer stations.
• Internet access is filtered through the district network, and students are not allowed to download games, music, attempt to view inappropriate materials, or use proxy servers to access blocked sites.
• Students may not access personal email on school computers. No IM, iChat, etc.
• Students attempting to download Instant Messaging or other unauthorized software may be banned from computers and may be dropped from the class. Class, school, and district computer use policies must be followed or students may lose computer use privileges.

Again, make up work needs to be completed during tutorials. There are tutorials in the lab at least one day per week, after period 6. Work is missed due to truancies, will not be accepted late for full credit.

• School Attendance, Tardy, and Lock-out Policies are enforced. Please read the student handbook.
